Bless House designer Trina Read was born in Bangkok, has lived in Singapore and continues her involvement with Asia, yet the Torquay-based designer draws inspiration for her romantic clothes from 19th century England.

She is among the hand-picked talents who will present their Autumn-Winter 2006 collections in the much-awaited preview Designer Show at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, Southbank.

The showcase will be among the premier attractions at the September 4-6 FASHION EXPOSED + preview fair which is expected to attract some 10,000 visitors from across Australia and abroad.

An international team make up Bless House, which supports a common goal of creating a label that helps girls in South East Asia escape prostitution and learn new trades to sustain themselves and their families.
